This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is not permitted when using the tandom.com.br website and Tandom's tools, operated by Fintora Ltda, registered under CNPJ no. 58.554.099/0001-53, with offices in São Paulo, SP, Brazil. It forms part of the Terms of Use.
1. General principle
Use the site in good faith, to evaluate and contract sourcing and import services. Do not use our tools to harm third parties, circumvent the law, or extract value from our database without contracting the service.
2. Prohibited
2.1. Automated use and data extraction
- Scraping, mining, indexing or systematically extracting data from the site, including supplier search results;
- Using bots, scripts or any automated means to access the tools, except search engines respecting robots.txt;
- Circumventing technical limits, queues, authentication or volume controls;
- Reselling, sublicensing, republishing or incorporating our supplier data into another product or database.
2.2. Security
- Attempting unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data;
- Probing, scanning or testing for vulnerabilities without prior written authorisation;
- Introducing malware or any malicious code;
- Deliberately overloading the infrastructure.
2.3. Content and identity
- Providing false information or impersonating another person or company;
- Submitting third-party personal data without a legal basis, sensitive data, or data about children and adolescents;
- Submitting unlawful or defamatory content, or content infringing third-party intellectual property or trade secrets;
- Using the forms to send unsolicited messages.
2.4. Improper competitive use
- Using the tools to build, train or feed a competing product;
- Reverse-engineering the supplier qualification methodology.
2.5. Foreign trade
- Using the service for operations with persons or companies under applicable sanctions;
- Seeking goods whose import is prohibited or which lack the required licences;
- Requesting under-invoicing, false tariff classification, false declaration of origin or any practice intended to evade customs, tax or trade-defence controls.
3. Security research
If you find a vulnerability, tell us at privacidade@tandom.com.br before disclosing it. Do not access third-party data, do not degrade the service, and give us reasonable time to fix it. Research conducted on those terms and in good faith will not be treated as a violation.
4. Consequences
We may limit, suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, where there are indications of a violation, and take any appropriate legal measures. Where an operating contract is in force, the rules set out in it also apply.
5. Reporting abuse
Suspected misuse of the site or of the Tandom brand can be reported through the contact form.
