Requirement + RFQ
Same revision, volume and criteria for everyone.
Industrial sourcing
From requirements through the sourcing recommendation, Tandom structures the requirement, verifies factories, runs comparable RFQs and coordinates evidence-based qualification.
Tandom leads the sourcing process. Your team defines the criteria and approves every advance. Sourcing does not release an order, payment or production.

Three sourcing gates
The depth varies with the item and risk. The passage criteria do not: each gate needs an owner, evidence, a stop condition and a clear handoff.

The work does not end with a list of names. Your team receives a common basis, an indicative economic scenario and a qualification status with next steps.

DecisionThe technical team approves, conditions or blocks the advance.
Advance conditionally. Verify capability and the sub-tier supplier, produce the defined sample and complete testing. The alternative is not yet released for an order or production.
Qualify it or continue validation within the approved conditions.
Use the comparison to negotiate or confirm the current source.
Reject the alternative when evidence, risk or economics do not justify the change.
Governance and alignment
Tandom structures and coordinates the work. Your company defines the criteria, accepts the evidence and gives final approval.

Qualification is not a generic seal applied to the company. It remains tied to the item, plant, process and conditions approved by your team.
After sourcing
A qualification decision does not automatically release an order, payment, production or shipment. Tandom can coordinate the following gates on a modular basis or through delivery.
Import operations and financing are optional, later engagements. Financing availability and terms depend on the transaction and the partners' assessment.
