These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the tandom.com.br website and the tools made available on it, operated by Fintora Ltda, registered under CNPJ no. 58.554.099/0001-53, with offices in São Paulo, SP, Brazil (“Tandom”, “we”). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What Tandom does
Tandom is a trading company built on artificial intelligence. We provide sourcing (finding and verifying suppliers), quoting, landed-cost calculation, supplier qualification, structuring of payment terms and financing, and execution of importing and logistics, as contracted case by case.
The site by itself is not an automatic contracting platform: any operation depends on a specific proposal and contract, with scope and remuneration agreed in advance and in writing.
2. Site tools and the nature of the information
The public tools on this site, including the supplier search by domain, are informational and demonstrative. Results may be estimates, sector-level suggestions or illustrative data, and are labelled as such where that is the case.
Those results do not constitute a commercial proposal, a firm quote, a purchase recommendation, or legal, tax, customs or financial advice. Landed-cost estimates are a screen: definitive figures depend on real quotes, the tariff classification applicable to the specific case, and prevailing freight and FX conditions.
3. Registration and the information you send
By submitting information through the forms, you represent that the data is accurate, that you are authorised to provide it, and that the contact details given are professional. You are responsible for the content you send, including for not including third-party confidential information without authorisation.
4. Permitted use
Use of the site must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
The site, the Tandom brand, the text, layout, code and supplier databases belong to Tandom or its licensors, protected by Brazilian Laws no. 9.610/1998 and no. 9.279/1996. Reproduction, systematic extraction, automated scraping or creation of derivative works is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
The information you send us remains yours. You grant us only the licence necessary to provide the service requested.
6. Availability
The site is provided “as is”. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, including for maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Brazilian law, Tandom is not liable for purchasing decisions taken on the basis of the demonstrative information on this site, nor for lost profits, lost opportunity or indirect damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that the law treats as non-excludable, including under the Consumer Protection Code where applicable.
Liability relating to operations actually contracted is governed by the specific contract for that operation, which prevails over these Terms in the event of conflict.
8. Links and third parties
The site may contain links to third-party pages. We neither control nor are responsible for the content, privacy practices or services of those third parties.
9. Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The last-updated date indicates the version in force. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new version.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of São Paulo, SP are chosen as the venue, waiving any other, save where a venue is legally mandatory.
